Chicken in a Biscuit

Here is a recipe given to me by my friend, Melissa. It is probably THE MOST delicious way that I have EVER eaten chicken. You have seriously got to try this recipe!

Chicken in a Biscuit

2 large chicken breast

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese

2 cans jumbo canned biscuits

seasonings of choice (chicken grilling blend, garlic salt, seasoning salt)

Italian bread crumbs


Chop, cook and season chicken (as much seasoning as you prefer).

Once chicken is cooked, put in large bowl with cream cheese. Add more seasoning and mix together.

Open biscuits and roll or stretch flat (each individual one) as large as you can get them.

Add chicken mix and fold into a ball keeping chicken mixture in the center pinch ends together.

Roll in Italian bread crumbs and place in greased cake pan.

Follow biscuit directions to bake.

Make chicken gravy to put over the top for extra flavor!

I like to use this mix. You only have to add water!
