Yes, it is as good as it sounds.
Chocolate Eclair Cake
2 small pkg. instant French Vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 ctn. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix pudding mix and milk until thick. Add Cool Whip. In 9×13 inch pan, lay down a layer of graham crackers, then a layer of filling, and another layer of crackers on top. Refrigerate overnight. (Or at least 2 hours)
Topping: Heat sugar, cocoa, and milk in saucepan till it comes to a boil.
Add margarine and vanilla. Cook till a drop of topping forms a soft ball in water. (on medium heat for 3-4 minutes) Pour on top of first mixture. Refrigerate and enjoy!
