This is something my mom used to make a lot. I absolutely love it and it is SO very easy!
8 chicken tenderlions
1 small bottle of Kraft Italian dressing
1 Can of Pineapple chunks
Marinate chicken in dressing for a whole day. (I actually did for 2 days) Also, if you buy the frozen chicken tenderlions, you can just throw them, frozen, into a Ziploc bag and pour the dressing in there and just put it in the fridge to thaw out and marinate. If you are only marinating for 1 day, I suggest you let the chicken thaw out in the sink while marinating and then sticking them in the fridge after thawed.
Take the chicken out of the bag and cut it into 1 in. cubes. Soak your kabob sticks in water while doing this. (It helps everything slide on them easier) Open your can of pineapple and alternate putting a pineapple chunk and chicken on the sticks.
Turn you broiler on to high. After you have finished putting all of the chicken on the sticks, place them on a baking pan and put in the oven and broil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
