This week I decided to make the Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta al Forno again. This time, I used the Mezze Penne noodles instead of just the regular Penne noodles. Also, I used Shredded Mozzarella instead of the lump of Mozzarella. I liked it a lot better this way, but then again that’s just personal preference. Here’s some pics!
