Tuna Cakes

Ingredients:
- 2 cans (5 oz. each) light tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 6 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Heat large non-stick skillet SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY on medium heat. Ball up 1/3 c. of the tuna mixture and place in skillet. (or you can use an icecream scoop for the right amount of the mixture)
Flatten patties with the back of your spatula. Cook for 3 minutes on each side and keep flipping them until theyare golden/brown.
