Ingredients:
Squash
Cornmeal
salt and pepper
oil
Directions:
Heat oven to 475 degrees.
Pour about 1-2 cups of cornmeal in a bowl. (depending on how much squash you are using) Add salt and pepper to your taste.

I use about 1 tsp. of salt and 1/2 tsp. of pepper. Slice squash.

Pour some oil into a baking pan and put in oven to let it start heating up. Put your squash in the bowl of cornmeal and cover. Take pan out of oven and place coated squash in pan.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes on each side.
