This week in mine and Miranda’s Wilton Cake Decorating Class, we learned how to made mums and daisies, how to do inlays and overlays and how to cover a cake base in fondant. Once again, I am seriously in love with this class and would suggest it to anyone interested in taking it! Here in the upcoming weeks you will see some cake displays that show what I have learned BECAUSE… I have 6 cakes to make!
