This is a recipe that my neighbor made last week and I absolutely loved it. I was craving it so bad yesterday that I text her and told her I was wanting to make them! So she came over last night and we did just that! This is an AWESOME recipe. You should definitely try it out!
Stromboli
Ingredients:
- Frozen bread dough (they come in rolls and are in bags. frozen section next to the frozen biscuits)
- Pepperoni
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese (in the bag or plastic can)
- Garlic Salt
- Oregano
- Butter
- Pizza Sauce
Directions:
*Make sure you let your bread dough thaw out for about 4 hours. Just take them out of the bag and place them on a baking pan and cover with plastic wrap.
After the bread dough is thawed, flour your counter-top and roll out your dough.
After your dough is rolled out to a square, place pepperoni’s evenly along the whole surface.
Cover with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano. (Go light on the oregano, but I put a good bit of garlic salt)
Roll up your dough and place it on a greased baking pan with the seam facing down.
Repeat this until you have used all of your bread dough.
Melt some butter and brush on top of the stromboli’s.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until the bread is a golden brown. You will know when it is done when you can take them out of the oven and tap on them with your fingernail and the bread is hard.
Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
Enjoy!

Keith would love this! I’m going to have to make it one night. Thanks for Sharing.

Yummy, I’d go for things like Stromboli right now, anything that’s slightly ‘Pizzaish’. I need to try this if I find frozen bread dough in a shop here.
